This 2 hour workshop provides strategies for maintaining healthy relationships with family, friends, and co-workers.
Often, when we are overwhelmed by the demands placed on us by family or our work environment, we attempt to escape by using unhealthy habits to soothe our stress. Initially, this might result in immediate relief and a sense of wellbeing. As time passes, we become aware of how those habits affect our ability to being present for ourselves, our families and life-supporting tasks. We then suffer and experience difficulties in maintaining healthy relationships with family, friends and co-workers.
We feel trapped. We often experience guilt and shame. In the ACHIEVING WELLNESS THROUGH HEALTHY HABITS workshop, Anna will introduce you to strategies that will help you understand and heal the causes of your suffering. These supportive nervous system strategies, include self-reflection, yoga, breathing practices, sound healing, detoxification, and nutritional recommendations.
This workshop is suitable for people in recovery, and anyone seeking positive change and guidance in their lives.
